ALVEOLAR OSTEITIS ( DRY SOCKET) ALVEOLAR OSTEITIS   as we commonly know as DRY SOCKET is a painful condition following a extraction in which patient experiences a severe, throbbing pain at the extraction site because of a exposed bone.
